Sound Healing Facilitator
Lucy Ennis
Founder & Facilitator, Sound Circle
My passion is creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience deep rest through the healing power of sound.
My journey into sound healing began after experiencing its profound effects in my own life. What started as a personal exploration quickly became a calling, inspiring me to deepen my studies and share this transformative practice with others.
I hold an Honours degree in Psychology and Psychophysiology, a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, and a Diploma in Sound Healing through the Sound Healing Academy (Cornwall, UK) and Sonorium Wellness Training with Svaram (Auroville, India). These studies have provided a unique foundation that blends science, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and the therapeutic benefits of sound.
Today, through Sound Circle, I facilitate group and private sound journeys across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, guiding people into states of deep relaxation, inner stillness, and self-connection. My sessions weave together the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, monolina, glassophone, and other resonant instruments to create immersive experiences that calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance.
Alongside my work with adults, I am deeply passionate about supporting children's wellbeing. For several years I have facilitated sound healing and mindfulness programs in schools, combining breathing techniques, visualisation, mindfulness practices, and sound to help children develop greater calm, focus, emotional regulation, and resilience.
Whether you join me for a Sound Circle, a private session, a corporate event, a retreat, or one of my collaborations combining yoga, massage, and sound healing, my intention is always the same:
To create a nurturing space where you can pause, soften, and reconnect with your natural state of balance and wellbeing.
I look forward to welcoming you into a Sound Circle soon.
