Sound Healing Facilitator

Lucy Ennis

Lucy Ennis is the founder and facilitator of Sound Circle, a sound healing practice devoted to supporting deep rest, nervous system regulation, and holistic wellbeing. She has always held a deep passion for personal growth and supporting the wellbeing of others, underpinned by formal studies in Psychology and Psychophysiology (Honours), alongside completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.

After experiencing firsthand the profound and transformative effects of sound healing, Lucy was drawn to further her studies in this field. She went on to complete a Diploma in Sound Healing, training with both the Sound Healing Academy (Cornwall, UK) and Sonorium Wellness Training with Svaram in Auroville, India. These experiences deepened her understanding of sound as a powerful modality for relaxation, self-connection, and healing.

With an ever-growing passion for sound and its benefits, Lucy founded Sound Circle, through which she facilitates both group and private sound journeys. Her sessions incorporate a carefully curated array of healing instruments, including crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, glassophone, monolina (harp), and other resonant percussion instruments. Through waves of sound and vibration, participants are gently guided inward, experiencing deep relaxation, energetic rebalancing, and a sense of calm and clarity. The impact of these sessions is reflected in the consistent and heartfelt feedback Lucy receives from attendees.

Alongside her work with adults, Lucy is deeply passionate about supporting children’s wellbeing. She has established a wellness space at Elwood Primary School, where she facilitates after-school sound healing programs designed to counteract the overstimulation and anxiety many children face in today’s world. These sessions combine breathing techniques, mindfulness, visualisation, and sound healing, and have shown remarkable benefits — including calming of the nervous system, improved focus, mood regulation, and better sleep.

Lucy currently facilitates regular sound journeys across Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, and continues to expand the reach of Sound Circle. She is passionate about broadening access to sound healing and is working towards creating her own dedicated sound space in the near future — a place to hold both large group journeys and intimate one-on-one sessions .

The Sound Circle sessions on offer in Melbourne and in the Mornington Peninsula are listed in the “Sound Circle Sessions” tab and bookings can be made through “Book a Session” button above.
